WHERE IS MY ORDER?
Your order is being processed and being shipped. Please remember that built-to-order items tend to take longer to process than standard items. Depending on the items you have purchased, items may be shipping from multiple locations – which can also increase the shipping time.


WHY DOES IT TAKE SO LONG TO BUILD MY HELMET?
Please remember that built-to-order items are longer to process, produce and ship to you. Sometimes parts of your orders may be backordered, and delay the process of completing your order.


WHY AM I GETTING BILLED BEFORE THE ORDER?
Custom orders require payment in advance of building the product


WHY HAVE I RECEIVED PART OF MY ORDER?
You may receive partial shipments when items ship from multiple locations. Portions of your order may be longer in shipping or backordered.


IF AN ITEM IS ON BACKORDER, WHY DOES IT NOT TELL ME THAT?
Items available at Riddell1.com are shipped from various locations.


WHY AM I CHARGED TAX?
Because Riddell as a company exists in all U.S. states, sales tax is required on all transactions.

If you are inquiring about an existing order you MUST have your order number ready when speaking with a customer service representative. If you are emailing an inquiry about an existing order you MUST put the order number in the subject line. Without an order number our customer service representatives will not be able to look up your order.
